In addition to traditional focus groups & depth interviews, we use a range of innovative approaches such as journaling, self-filming, accompanied visits, ethnography, observation, online forums, communities and intercepts, enabling people to tell us better stories - ones that are more accurate, representative and less reliant on recall

We are skilled at coordinating large scale projects, both domestic and multi-country plus one-off and tracking programmes. We use advanced techniques such as trade-off and segmentation to help replicate real life situations and better understand customers
